Executive Coaching is for you if you need…

The Phases*

Assessments

Any current assessments will be reviewed alongside a Birkman assessment and an (optional) 360 Qualitative report.

Goal Development

We’ll co-create three goals for regular discussion, set the accountability checkpoints, and (if required) ensure these goals are shared and supported by upper management.

Coaching

We’ll meet for two hours every month for four months, and have 1 hour sessions every month for an additional 2 months. Laser coaching will happen in between these longer sessions to tackle road blocks.

Review

We'll be reviewing progress throughout the coaching engagement. There will be a a final session to discuss successes and identify/discuss opportunities in moving forward.

*The above phases give a very brief overview of what’s included in a coaching journey, based on a 6-month coaching engagement.

Anything discussed between the coaches and the individual and/or team will remain within the safety of the individual and/or team, unless agreed otherwise. This will be clearly defined at the beginning of the coaching journey, and adhered to and respected throughout the coaching arrangement and beyond.
