There’s a saying, Don’t trust the coach who doesn’t have a coach.

For one coach to cover all the needs of a large organization would be next to impossible. And because finding those that have the exact right expertise can be challenging, I created a Community of Coaches to give my clients choice among the many experienced accredited coaches I’ve met over the years.

The Right Fit

The most critical aspect to coaching. We encourage chemistry calls with one or two potential coachs to help frame what the coaching session will look like and determine compatibility factors in the coaching relationship before proceeding to formalizing the sessions. It is a waste of time and money if you’re not aligned with the right coach.

The Right Expertise

Cultural background, life experience, skills in a wide variety of specialties. Collectively, we have decades of experience as leaders and team members in organizations large and small. Each of us brings training and at least a decade of experience in one or more coaching techniques — assessments, team coaching, executive coaching and more. We are scattered across the globe and speak multiple languages.

The Right Resources

While maintaining strict confidentiality, we share information, ideas, coach one another, and enlist partners when special needs arise with our clients. If we as coaches are supporting one another well we are able to bring the best to our coaching clients.
