Group Leadership Workshops

“We believe everyone is a leader — whether for their own career, a project or entire organizations.”

— Kellan Beck Coaching

For those times when 1:1 coaching programs are cost prohibitive, and you need an option that ensures those below executive level don’t get forgotten, these group workshops allow people with similar development needs to learn, share experiences and develop strategies for continued growth.

Group Leadership Workshops are ideal when you…

  • Want to enact broad change or growth within your organization, such as increased leadership skills, and collaboration.

  • Want to address the needs of a larger audience with common needs and goals, but one-to-one coaching is costly and time prohibitive.

  • Want to support the professional development of your employees.

  • Want to support a shift in “manager” to “leader” mindset.

Coaching Skills for Leaders

1/2 Day Workshop

The role of leader has changed over the years. One can no longer “tell” employees what to do.
How do we motivate, encourage, influence positive change and elevate accountability among teams within the organization?

How do we manage challenging conversations and the complexities of today’s VUCA world, as well as create a learning environment and support a team’s development? Coaching is one of the critical skills that will allow you to do all this and more effectively.

These two 2-hour interactive workshops including group discussion and group/personal exercises will:

  • Look at what coaching is--and what it isn’t--as well as examine it as a critical leadership competency.

  • Enhance some of the fundamental skills for coaching success, including but not limited to:

    • Self-awareness

    • Asking open ended questions

    • Multi-level listening

    • Giving effective feedback.

You don’t take medication before knowing what your disease is, right?

What People Are Saying…

“With Kellan I was able to get a really different perspective which helped me and my team before we acted. What she had to offer was immensely valuable and she did an amazing job. Kellan was more thoughtful than previous coaches… I give her 5 stars.”

— Harp, VP Technology & Transformation at CGI

“With Kellan I was very comfortable right away. She has a way of making you feel very at ease, and a very non-intrusive way of making you think. Kellan will make you dig and go deep, but not in a way that you feel like you’re being coached – it’s a conversation. There was growth throughout in many different areas.”

— Loreen, District Director, LCBO

“It’s like she read my mind. I appreciated the candid conversations. They were flat-out honest, no hidden agenda. The conversations brought clarity for me, what I needed to do, what I needed to focus on, and it was clear Kellan was there to help me do what I needed to do.”

— Rasheeda, Executive Director, Food Bank
